This page explains how to delete your Wander Painting account and personal data. It applies to the Wander Painting website (wanderpainting.com) and the Wander Painting app for iPhone and Android, published by Wander Painting.
How to request deletion
In the app: open the Account tab and tap Delete my account. This opens an email to our support team, ready to send.
By email: write to support@wanderpainting.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account".
We may reply to confirm that the request comes from you. We complete deletion within 30 days and email you when it is done.
What we delete
Your customer account and login
Your name, email address, phone number and saved addresses
Your marketing preferences (email and SMS subscriptions)
What we keep, and for how long
Records of orders you placed (items, amounts, dates and the billing details on the invoice) are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require, usually up to 7 years, and are then deleted. They are not used for marketing.
Data stored only on your phone by the app (your wishlist, coloring progress and notification settings) is removed when you delete the app.
